The Mindfulness Summit 2015, a free online event, begins today.

It is a 31-day online summit from the world’s most respected teachers of mindfulness meditation, including Tami Simon, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, Joseph Goldstein, Arianna Huffington.
